Next week we will celebrate Pentecost Sunday, the end of the Easter Season, and the birthday of the Church. We will celebrate the Vigil of Pentecost on Saturday evening, June 8, with six hours of praise and worship, music, talks, and adoration. It begins with mass at 6:00 p.m. and concludes with benediction at midnight. All are invited.
The Prayer Group is hosting a food sale after all Sunday Masses this weekend. Funds from this food sale will be used to assist the prayer group in its expenses for retreats and other parish prayer functions.
Friday, June 6, is the First Friday of the month. The Litany of the Sacred Heart will be prayed after the 8:15 Mass and there will be a Holy Hour beginning at 7:00 p.m.. Saturday is the First Saturday of the month of June. Rosary will be prayed at 8:00 followed by Mass at 8:30.
Once again, we want to express our gratitude to Hugo and Martha Maya and all who worked on the re-finishing of our church floor. There will be food sales planned over the summer to raise funds for further renovations in the church.

La próxima semana celebraremos el Domingo de Pentecostés, el final del Tiempo de Pascua y el nacimiento de la Iglesia. Celebramos la Vigilia de Pentecostés el sábado por la noche, 8 de junio, con seis horas de alabanza y adoración, música, charlas y oración. Comenzará con la misa a las 6:00 p.m. y concluirá con la bendición a la medianoche. Todos están invitados.
El Grupo de Oración está organizando una venta de comida después de todas las misas del domingo este fin de semana. Los fondos de esta venta de comida se utilizarán para ayudar al grupo de oración con sus gastos para retiros y otras funciones de oración parroquiales.
El viernes 6 de junio es el primer viernes del mes. La Letanía del Sagrado Corazón se rezará después de la misa de las 8:15 a.m. y habrá una Hora Santa a partir de las 7:00 p.m. El sábado es el primer sábado del mes de junio. Se rezará el Rosario a las 8:00 a.m., seguido de la misa a las 8:30 a.m.
Una vez más, queremos expresar nuestro agradecimiento a Hugo y Martha Maya y a todos los que trabajaron en la renovación del pizo de nuestra iglesia. Durante el verano se planean ventas de comida para recaudar fondos para futuras renovaciones en la iglesia.

Vigil of Pentecost: June 7th
Mass will be at 6:00 PM. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed after mass until midnight. The evening will include prayer, talks, praise and worship music. Plan to be part of this celebration.
Solemnity of Pentecost: June 8th.
